At L.A.B. Golf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your putting performance; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. Custom-built putters and accessories must be in original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and affix it clearly to the outside of your box.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
